Black Legend is a Turn-Based Tactical RPG Coming to Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S in 202109.09.2020
Discover the dark secrets of the city of Grant.
The latest game to be announced today is Black Legend, a gloomy turn-based tactical RPG from developer Warcave that will combine alchemy, fantasy fiction, old-school strategy, and close-quarters combat inside the cursed city of Grant. It’s up to players to explore, learn the history of the city from survivors, upgrade their team with new classes and gear, and discover the many things that Grant has to offer. All of this is in a quest to defeat the great alchemist Mephisto and their fanatical followers, who have siezed control of Grant.
You can watch the reveal trailer for Black Legend right now, and get a feel for the atmosphere the world is going for. Black Legend promises to feature extensive strategy and tactic-based gameplay, a combination of ranged, melee, and alchemy attacks, extensive character customization, exploration, and deep lore inspired by Belgian, Dutch, and German folklore. The game looks quite interesting, and joins a recent resurgence of turn-based games with entries like Gears Tactics, Wasteland 3, and more.
Black Legend is set to release sometime in 2021 for pretty much every current gen gaming platform like Xbox One, PS4, PC, and Switch. However, the game is also going to come to next-gen platforms including Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, and Playstation 5. You can wishlist the game right now on Steam, or bookmark the official website if you want to keep up with the game’s latest news.
